Pricing depends on your vision and the complexity of the scene. When requesting, we’ll discuss your ideas in detail, and I’ll provide a personalized quote. Base price includes one character, shading, and a detailed background. Additional characters or complex requests may increase the cost.

Terms of Service
Thank you for considering a commission! Please review the following details before contacting me for artwork. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to me via Discord (mamabeefus) or e-mail ([email protected])!
Commission Guidelines
Yes: Anthro, humanoids, ferals, blood/violence, nudity, and various body types.
No: Underaged nudity, fetishes, feral nudity, heavy gore, or mecha/vehicles.
(Questions about guidelines and artist preferences can be discussed in private!)
All terms are subject to be changed or revised by the artist. The client must read and agree to these terms prior to any commission.
General
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Clients must be 18 years or older to commission.
- Payment is required upfront via PayPal, Venmo, or Ko-Fi. PayPal is preferred for invoicing purposes, but clients may use any listed option. Commissions via VGen processes payments using PayPal or Stripe.
- Payment plans are available for commissions over $100 USD.
- Completion time ranges from a few days to up to two months or more, depending on project complexity. The artist will provide regular WIP updates or upon client request.
- Visual references (drawings, screenshots, moodboards) are required. Text-only references are not accepted.Usage & Rights
- Commissions are for personal use only. Clients may post the artwork, but the artist retains rights to share it in portfolios, on websites, and on social media.
- Commercial usage (e.g. stream/video assets, merchandise) must be discussed beforehand and will incur additional fees.
- If the client wants the artwork kept private (e.g. for gifts or surprise purposes), this must be communicated before the initial quote. Additional fees may apply.
- The artist may stream commission work on platforms such as Twitch. If privacy is needed, clients must request this before the initial quote.
- Use of ANY commissioned artwork in NFTs or AI/generative models is strictly prohibited. Doing so will result in permanent blacklisting.Pricing & Complexity
- Listed prices are base rates and may increase depending on complexity (e.g. armor, props, weapons, intricate designs, etc). Additional fees will be discussed upfront.
- Clients must provide a clear and complete vision of the commission before payment. Quotes are based on the initial request.
- Major changes or additions after payment, including excessive revisions, will incur additional fees.Process & Reworks
- The artist and client will define the commission’s scope. Pricing will be based on base rates and added complexity.
- Once terms are agreed upon, the client must pay in full or confirm a payment plan for projects over $100 USD.
- Work begins after the initial payment is received.
- Clients are allowed up to three (3) revisions during the sketch phase. Each additional revision will incur a $15 USD fee. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly review all WIPs before requesting changes.
- After sketch approval, the artist will proceed with linework. Major revisions and/or additions after this point will incur additional fees.
- Once lines are approved, flat colors will be sent for review. Shading will follow if part of the commission.
- For payment plans, progress beyond the sketch phase will pause until payment is completed.
- If the client does not respond to a WIP check-in within one (1) month, the project will be marked as complete and closed. Abandoned projects may have aspects of it re-used for future commissions or YCHs.
- Character scene commissions will include several thumbnail options. The client may choose one and request minor changes before the full scene is sketched.Refunds
- Clients may cancel the commission prior to payment with no obligation. No worries!
- After the sketch phase, partial refunds are available depending on current progress.
-If the artist is unable to complete the work for any reason, a full refund will be issued.
- Refunds are not available once the commission is completed. Unjustified chargebacks will result in blacklisting.Prints & Modifications
- Clients may print their commission for personal use or gifting (not for profit) at no additional charge.
- Commercial use (e.g. merchandise, stream assets) must be discussed beforehand and will incur additional fees, as stated above.
- Clients may resize, crop, or make minor adjustments to the artwork for personal use (e.g. icons, wallpapers).
- When posting online, please credit the artist (mamabeefus) and do not remove the signature or watermark.
